Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping methods, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to addresses across the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations or restricted destinations may not be available at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $59 All US orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this threshold are charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Processing Times

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–4 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, holidays) processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Subscription orders follow the same processing schedule and are dispatched automatically on your renewal date.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched (i.e., after processing). These are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control. InnerWell is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs agencies.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment status.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@myinnerwell.com.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. InnerWell is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at help@myinnerwell.com as soon as possible. We can only update addresses before an order has been dispatched.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

A package is considered lost in transit if the tracking shows no movement or updates for 25 or more consecutive days.

To report a lost or stolen package, email help@myinnerwell.com with your order number and tracking information. We aim to resolve all lost package claims within 5 business days.

8. Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

InnerWell has no control over customs processes or timelines. We are unable to predict, pre-pay, or reimburse any customs or import charges. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark shipments as gifts or understate values.
