1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try it risk-free for 90 days. If you're not completely satisfied with your first purchase of HydroCell H2, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per product type per customer. The guarantee covers the product price; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Recurring subscription orders are not covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee. For subscription orders, only unopened and unused items are eligible for a refund, subject to the following:

To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. You can cancel via your account portal or by emailing help@myinnerwell.com.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team. We recommend cancelling as early as possible to avoid processing of the next order.

If a cancellation request is made after an order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that specific order. In that case, you may return unopened items in accordance with Section 2 above.

A $2.00 restocking fee applies to order cancellations that have already been packed or prepared for shipment but not yet dispatched.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@myinnerwell.com with:

You do not need to return damaged or incorrect items. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including any shipping charges incurred.

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or bundle, please request a refund for the eligible item (where applicable) and place a new order.

Note: Requesting an exchange on an order voids the 90-day money-back guarantee for that order.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email help@myinnerwell.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

8. Policy Amendments

InnerWell reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or subscription following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
